Chelsea Close Cottage, a haven of comfort and cleanliness, offers a unique urban living experience. It is solar-powered, equipped with a gas geyser, and is ideally located with a 5-minute Uber ride from Rosebank Gautrain station. It is close to many trendy restaurants, such as the 4th Avenue Parkhurst strip. Situated in a boomed off area in Parktown North, our cottage has excellent security and a secure parking space. It is entirely separate from the main house, offering a peaceful retreat.

Solar panels allow TV, lights and WiFi to remain working during load shedding. And a gas stove completes the picture. What a bonus! Situated in the heart of Craighall Park the Teahouse offers a tranquil garden setting. It is close to Hyde Park, Sandton CBD and Gautrain.There are restaurants and shops in walking distance. Delta Park is in walking distance for birders and fitness enthusiasts. The Teahouse is suitable for both short and long term lets. The covered patio area is charming.

Lilac Cottage in Melville

Our cottage, with backup Solar and Water Tanks to ensure our guests stay comfortable, is tucked away under a big sweet gum tree. Guarded by our two friendly Chow Chow dogs the cottage looks out on our pool and has its own outside patio and braai area. Inside the cottage is a cozy studio apartment with a kitchenette, study nook with WiFi, a cupboard and a comfortable double bed. The separate modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and soap.
