Outdoor veranda space includes a swimming pool , outdoor kitchen(microwave,fridge , gas cook top,Keurig (with coffee),toaster, gas fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. . Separate entrance from the house. 14 miles to airport (20 mins) 10 miles to downtown Beaches(Kiawah-24 miles or Folly Beach-16miles ). Downtown is a 10 minute ride share away, and there is also a bus stop five minutes from the property that will take you to the heart of King Street.

We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. If you are coming to enjoy our beaches, we are only 8 miles from Folly beach, 17 miles from Kiawah and Seabrook Islands and 13 miles from Sullivan’s Island. I am a Charleston native and my husband came to Charleston on a soccer scholarship in 1989 from Trinidad. We provide a binder to include some of our favorite places to go and areas nearby.

The property is in our back yard, We are a family of 5 with a dog. We have lived here since 2005 and we love James island Charleston , we built the mother in law suite to receive family. The mother in law suite is a studio that has a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with a stove and oven. We have a dog and we keep her in our house most of the time.
