The maximum number of guests allowed at this property is 4 (this includes children of all ages) May be rented with Brookhouse for large group.

Also has 50 " front porch to sit outside. 6 miles from Bristol Raceway,close to Johnson City, Kingsport, Jonesboro, Virginia, and North Carolina.Lots of things to do, like fishing, hiking,white water rafting,flea marketing,lots of close eating places. and breweries. This home is situated at the rear of our property in a rural area only 10 minutes from Elizabethton; a quiet and peaceful Vacation Retreat.

Close to Bristol Motor Speedway ( Speedway in Lights!). Only six miles to Eastman - super convenient for traveling professionals.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.
