PLEASE READ ALL: This is not your typical rental! It’s created for family fun and up to 6-8 guests. This 1,800 sq. ft. home is located on Johnson City’s east side, just minutes from Jonesborough, ETSU, the Med-Tech corridor and Bristol, baby! Comfort was our primary consideration with thoughtfully selected brand-new mattresses, furniture and a well-stocked kitchen. This house is equipped for FUN with a pool table, air hockey, ping-pong, and video arcade. HVAC system was replaced in July 2025.

For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.
