Nestled between farmland and the mountains, you’ll find a cottage where sunsets are painted in the sky and reflected on the water of beautiful Boone Lake. Whether you want to catch deer grazing in the yard while you drink your coffee, soak up the sun, or sleep late and catch the sunset from the porch, there’s something for everyone to enjoy from this beautiful property. Centrally located between Bristol (Casino and State Street), Johnson City (ETSU), and Kingsport (Eastman and Bay’s Mountain).

This cozy condo is the perfect place to experience ​the beauty of the Appalachian Highlands region. This unit has​ 2​ bedroom​s, each with their own bath, ​it has been completely updated with flat screen tv's, high end mattresses, and new furniture. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen​. ​The first bedroom​ features its own full bath, and a queen size bed with ​an adjustable base. Th​e second​ bedroom​ also has a full bathroom, ceiling fan, and flat screen tv, King memory foam mattress

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

This adorable 3 br/2 bath cabin is the definition of serenity, but is only minutes from Johnson City, Bristol Motor Speedway, Rhythm and Roots festival, Blue Plum Festival, Fun Fest and the rest of the Tri Cities. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed , a full bath, kitchen/dining and living room on the main level, master br is upstairs . NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like.

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

Welcome to our 2 levels Lakefront Paradise on deep water Ft. Henry Lake! We have breathtaking 180-degree lake and mountain views from each room and an 18’x28’ private boat dock. Spacious bedroom has a king bed, private bath/shower combination and all of the essential toiletries for our guests. Living area has a separate office that also faces the lake, flat screen TV and sofa/couch seating. Coffee bar has a Keurig coffee brewer, compact fridge and microwave (no full kitchen).
