This suite apartment is perfect for four adults and is your base camp in Colorado. Centrally located for quick trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, and Denver. Huge windows face west with views of Long's Peak glowing in the sun. Modern amenities make this space unique. There is a pool and hot tub, too. A sweet Barn sets the pace for your stay. A pet is allowed, and there is a fee per pet. Please add your pets to your reservation. 10% Discount for weekly bookings. 15% for monthly.

The sunny southfacing deck is just steps away from one of 6 little lakes in the neighborhood. Hike, Mtn Bike, Kayak, Fish, Star Gaze out the front door of this tiny cabin. Elk, moose, deer, bear, and most of Colorado Wildlife call this area home. Leave all of your "noise" at home to discover quiet & peace!

Boulder/Twin Lakes with Great Light

Renovated with great light, vaulted ceiling, new deck, and mature trees. A 10-minute walk by a beautiful lake with bird watching and views brings you to the dog-friendly Avery Restaurant Brewery. Smoking & parties are not allowed. Young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but strict rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.
