Entire Guesthouse on fenced acreage with rolling hills, sports court, firepit, view of Mt. Rainier, horse friends that come right up to the fence. Wonderful property for friendly dogs! Private Cozy Lakewood Loft

The Lakewood Loft is a safe, private cozy studio guest room, with private entrance and parking. Take the stairs up to your room with comfy queen size bed, private bath with remodeled shower, and a desk to get your work done (wifi available). Enjoy use of the pool area during summer months (contact host for more information). This area is located close to Fort Steilacoom Park. So you will most likely catch a glimpse of wildlife from your window or balcony, including eagles, osprey, and deer.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. Right on the water with use of kayaks, paddle boards, & canoe. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs - $50 each.

Driftwood Suite

Restful, view, apartment on Anderson Island. Far away from the hustle of the city, but not so far away. Ride a ferry from Steilacoom WA, in South Puget Sound, to arrive at this unique island get-a-way. This space is perfect for a couple getaway, or a family looking for an opportunity to be away from the city. There is currently not a store, a gas station, or a coffee shop on the island. Please plan your meals accordingly There is a restaurant for lunch and dinners.

Lake front Hm w/private dock & beach

Watch Eagles soar, sail boats sail, rowers row while sipping your morning cup of coffee. A great place for a family vacation, business trip, spectating a regatta, in town for a wedding or golf tourney. The views will not disappoint on majestic American Lake with lake front and dock. Enjoy your own private beach front-no sharing with other properties or homes. Bring your boat, lake toys, swim, fish, or just "be" to the views and sounds of nature.

Beach Cabin on American Lake

An inviting beach cabin situated on beautiful American Lake. The property neighbors a city park with a ball field, pickleball courts, outdoor basketball, playground and a designated swimming area. The property is buffered from the street by the owners house so there is a sense of privacy but is still less than 20 minutes to downtown Tacoma or Olympia and downtown Seattle is 50 minutes during off peak driving.

FOX LODGE - Private hot tub & firepit. POOL! VIEW!

Come to Fox Lodge to enjoy a tranquil stay where you can relax, refresh and restore your soul. Enjoy an apartment with its own private entrance, barbecue, hot tub, wood burning fire pit, and backyard. Fox Lodge has a heated pool (May - September) putting green, waterfall, gas fire table, fountains, swing, and lawn games. Up to 2 small pups (under 50 lbs.) are welcome.
