2-bedroom, 1-bathroom pet-friendly townhouse with fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Ideal for couples, yet comfortable for all travelers. Safe, private, and well-suited for remote work. Enjoy an open floor plan and a new patio with a year-round hot tub & seating area. Fully fenced yard with a 6-ft vinyl privacy fence is exclusively yours. No pet restrictions. Includes in-unit laundry and two bedrooms - one set up as an office/workout space. Peaceful and made for unwinding.

Cathy's Little Farm Loft

Cathy's Little Farm loft is a 500 sq ft apartment inside a storage barn on a wooded country acre. Fully appointed two story space offers peace and quiet. It is located close to I57, Walmart, Community College, Airport, Fair Grounds, National Guard Training Center, 15 minutes from Olivet, 60 miles south of Chicago. King size bed and twin size sofa sleeper upstairs, full size sleeper sofa in living room. Well equipped full size kitchen and laundry. Large lawn, gardens, and chickens to enjoy.

Enchanted Garden Treehouse (Amenity*)

Spring is here, the flowers out, the treehouse warm and cozy, and the hot tub ready! Relax on cool evenings in our luxurious, very private, 4' deep cedar hot tub nestled in the evergreens, while the moon and stars swirl overhead, the waterfall cuts thru snow into the koi pond, and the fire table and torches blaze. The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.
