This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Minutes to hunting perfection, dogs welcome, quiet

Home was built in 1918 and we have kept a lot of the original craftsmanship and charm. Vintage doors and flooring. A 5 minute drive to the Twin Lakes boat ramp, plenty of room for all of your toys. Boats, trailers, fifth wheel will all fit on this acre lot in quiet Jolley. Pheasant hunters and their dogs are welcome. Lots of great public hunting in Calhoun county. Great place to vacation in the summer or if you're looking to work remote for a week there is a dedicated work area and Wifi.

Ada's Guesthouse

This 1910 fully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is at the center of Storm Lake. Located on historic Lake Avenue, it is just two blocks from the lake, walking/bike trail, and 2 beautiful parks. Downtown is within walking distance as well as 5 beautiful churches, King's Pointe Waterpark and beach/park. This old high school turned into the Sac & Fox Flats apartments is steps from South Park’s aquatic center, sports courts & playground. Formerly a church basement, we have taken it down to the bare brick. Offering almost 1200 sq. ft. of living space with 3 spacious bedrooms. The open concept kitchen and living room with large peninsula and barstools and large smart tv makes for a great gathering place . If you're in the area for work, a wedding, sports and whatever it may be, this place is Almost Home. Full disclosure, the entryway is not quite finished, but does not affect the guest quarters.

Lakeview Loft at Arrowhead Cabins

Cute & Cozy cabin along the beautiful Black Hawk Lake. This charming space is the perfect little escape for a relaxing get away. Imagine waking up to a beautiful view of the lake while sipping your morning coffee. Enjoy fishing and swimming around the common dock. 4 public boat ramps are located nearby As night falls enjoy the sunset and the stars out by the fire pit. The cabin has two guest parking stalls with additional free parking if needed.

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with soft water. Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on the second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.
