There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the sofa in the main area has a pull out trundle which sleeps two people. There is one bathroom. Patchogue village is 1 mile away to enjoy exceptional restarants and bars , Davis Park Ferry is close by and you can get to Davis Park in 15 minutes by ferry.

Architectural masterpiece (b. 1961) w/ spectacular views and privacy. A soaring ceiling and a wall of glass overlooking the dunes, the ocean and the bay. Beneath, the enormous master suite looks out to the dunes on one side and the pool deck on the other. Across the salt water pool are 2 guest cabana bedrooms and a bathroom. Cooling ocean breezes complement central AC in this sophisticated, relaxed compound. Heated salt water pool and central AC installed June 2026.
