Studio 12 boasts everything one needs for a sleepover, or it can easily be a base for a week or more if needed. The kitchenette offers a mini fridge, an air fryer/toaster, kettle, french press coffee pot and a hot plate for preparing simple meals.

This 20ft x 8ft tiny home is situated in a backyard, a short walk from Manset Town Dock and Peter Trout Tavern, and a five-minute drive from Southwest Harbor and parts of Acadia National Park (about 20 min to longer hikes and the loop road).

Schoodic Loft Cabin "The Roost" with Kayaks

Kayaks are provided to explore island studded 462 acre Jones pond, a 10 minute walk down a trail. Nearby Winter Harbor has shops and restaurants and even a ferry across the bay to Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island.
