Cobscook Bay Farmhouse on the Bay

One large bedroom with bath and beautiful water view. Key pad entry. The suite is a newly built totally private, extension on the house. You can walk across the field to the tidal marsh and onto the shingle beach. Guests, hike, bike and bird watch. 7 miles to a local restaurant and 13 miles into Eastport for whale watching, shopping and restaurants and cafes. Lubec is a 45 minute drive away. Your private entrance by keypad. The shared space is the front yard. Your driveway space is yours.

The beautiful loft compromises a queen size bed, kitchenette, shower, and a peaceful seating area overlooking the bay.

We fell in love with this quiet coastal sanctuary, the perfect place to reconnect with nature while staying on grid. ☪ At night you'll experience deafening silence under the natural light of the stars. This is where you get away from it all, and enjoy proximity to all the best of Downeast. The view is spectacular, and wildlife abounds. Watch the lobster boats work their traps just in front of the house. Not appropriate for small children. Sorry, NO PETS , we're allergic :-(

Salt River Cottage is a proud signatory of the Glasgow Declaration on Climate Action in Tourism.

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.

Geodome water view stay on Grand Manan Island

Situated on picturesque Grand Manan Island, this geodesic dome has a beautiful view the ocean. You can see Swallowtail Lighthouse and the Grand Manan Ferry as it comes and goes. This new stay has two queen beds, one on the first floor and one in the loft. Equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, deck, lawn, fire pit and hot tub.
