Come stay for a relaxing time overlooking the San Gabriel River with a beautiful panoramic view. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air and shaded walks. The Cabin has its own driveway/parking.There is a well defined path, 5 min walk to the River, where you can relax, picnic,swim, Kayak or fish. At Cabin we have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Fire-pit wood, pool for you and your family to enjoy in warm weather with privacy. *Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

Johnson's favorite artists, this inspiring space is where she painted hundreds of Texas landscapes overlooking Scurlock Farms. Many guests tell us that after reading C. P. Montague's story and seeing her artwork throughout the cabin, The Palette Pad feels much more than a place to stay—it becomes part of the experience.

You deserve great sleep on your trip, so enjoy adjusting the sleep number bed to your desired firmness. Take a dip in the pool and play some beach volleyball while you are here.
