Charming Vintage Cottage Circa 1906

My 1906 little house is completely restored farmhouse that my great grandparents brought to our property during the depression. Our guest cottage is tucked away behind the main house where we live. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house. There is a separate bedroom with 12 foot lofted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. We know you will feel good the moment you walk through the door.

You can stay in any house...so why not enjoy the scenery and nature at the lake! Take a break at the Serenity Suite surrounded by stately oaks and a tranquil 70-acre lake. Kick back in the hammock. Enjoy fishing, playing cornhole or smores on the fire pit. Have lunch at the picnic table. Sit in the tree swing while meditating on the year-round flora and fauna. Our space is perfect for individuals & couples: honeymooning, visiting family/friends or just passing through. Come and relax!

A quiet, cozy, comfortable, happy cottage by Falls Lake, this property is centrally located between Durham, Raleigh and Wake Forest. About 25 min to Research Triangle Park and 20 minutes to RDU Airport. 2 acres with a fenced in yard/ outdoor space. 1 King and 1 Queen. Patio and fire pit for cool evenings and great porch space. Less than 1 mile to the Falls Lake Boat ramp located on HWY 50 just across from the Mountain to Sea Trail. Well behaved dogs welcome and must be attended in/outdoors.

WiFi and free cable tv. 5-10 min walk to restaurants, shops, hiking paths, and weekly farmer's market. Free bus line CW picks up in front of the house making UNC and downtown Chapel Hill within mins.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene location. Outside is the hustle and bustle of activity, but inside this private cottage, you'll have your own little haven! There is space to rest and relax, and you’re a short distance from anything and everything (only 10 minutes from RDU airport). We have a mix of vintage and modern furnishings to keep you comfortable, so come and enjoy your stay at Park Street Cottage! PS- I have a nice, twin air mattress for a 3rd guest, if interested.

It is 6 miles from the Carolina Hotel/Pinehurst Resort and the famous Pinehurst #2 Golf Course, and 8 miles from the Carolina Horse Park. The lakeside cottage welcomes you to fishing and swimming its spring-fed 9-acre, very clear waters. Enjoy relaxing between activities with easy access wi-fi or tv. If you are traveling to the area for equine competition, horse boarding is available.

The Garden Cottage is centrally located in the Piedmont area of NC, being only 5 miles from Elon University, within 5 miles to most of Burlington area shopping and restaurants, 1.5 miles to I-85/40, 15 miles to Greensboro, 28 miles to High Point and 37 miles to Chapel Hill. Minutes from restaurants/shopping, this cozy cottage sits in front of a working goat farm while maintaining a private entrance/yard. Handicapped friendly, incl. paved drive, wide doorways, zero entry shower, no stairs. Modern amenities. 16x80 Dog Run. Rock on the porch, play in the yard, see the horses on a walk to the pond (not seen from cottage). Wooded trail accessible from pond is .7 mile. See house/pet rules before booking.

Restored Cabin on Heritage Farm.

Built in the 1930's from a Rehoboth Beach cabin design; the "Clubhouse" was built for out-of-town city guests to get a little peace and quiet in rural NC. Newly refurbished, family friendly, with plenty of forested land for exploring, camper/trailer parking and fenced pasture with water. Free wi-fi. Pets welcome - two pet limit. Pasture may be suitable to horses who won't jump the fence and can get along with 3-4 heifers.
