Sand Creek Cottage can be a destination retreat space or a base to explore the vast natural beauty, outdoor adventures, growing wine region and local tourism of Southern Oregon. We invite you to relax in the Outdoor Sauna, cozy up with a good book next to the wood stove and enjoy fruit from the Orchard.

Yurt on the Applegate

Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in. I need to be aware they are here and clean up after their stay.

Close to Southern Oregon wineries, hiking trails and pristine swimming holes.

A Host who is willing to assist with any questions or requests (within reason) you may have during your stay.

This wonderfully inviting home wants to welcome you and your family to relax, unwind, and enjoy each other’s company! You will have space to roam surrounded by nature and a piece of the beautiful Rogue Valley. This property is wooded with its own miniature nature trail along Alder Creek so you enjoy early morning walks with the song birds. * A side note about the area; it is prone to possible power outages when it is very Hot and or windy due to wildfire possibility.

With mountain views, stunning sunsets and a private wooded environment, it’s the perfect place to get away. Relax, read a good book, take a soak in the hot tub located just steps outside the master suite. The Cozy Cabin is filled with thoughtful touches, from throw blankets to high quality linens and towels, selected to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Our place has just been remodeled. It is close to public transport, the city center, and family-friendly activities. We are within walking distance of a store, and a great restaurant. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor spaces, the light, and sitting next to the Rogue River watching the rafters, boats, geese, Egrets, Herons, and eagles.. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
