Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

The cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543 offering an authentic stay. The interior retains a decor that matches the historic charm of the area with modern comforts added and a shared pool in the stunning gardens outside. This is our smallest cottage and cannot take an additional bed or cot. The other cottages are all larger and can do this. All 3 cottages can be rented separately or together. They are in the grounds of a 16th century castle with beautiful gardens and large swimming pool enclosed by stone walls. The lower salon and summer kitchen in the main chateau is available to share. Access is by the side garden gate and all cottages are accessed by stone steps- sadly not suitable for wheelchairs. We will most likely be present living in the main Chateau and available to help and advise about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will share the pool and gardens. The old village is in a beautiful part of France that is has retained its iconic beauty through the centuries and still feels untouched by modern life in many places. Experience true local dining and bakeries with scenic walking trails all around. parking is in the church square below the Chateau. There is a local taxi service in the village and bus service to Avignon, Banyols sur Ceze and Uzes but car hire is recommended. We are 20 minutes from Avignon TGV rail station and about an hour from Marseille, Nimes or Montpellier airports. The cottages are completely private and tranquil.

Pets allowed (15€ per night extra)

Le tout est situé dans la zone verte: 20min à pieds de la gare, 15min du Village de Marques, Stadium Miramas Métropole et 10 min du Golf

Charmant Mazet provencal avec piscine

Les Dentelles de Montmirail et le Mont Ventoux font partis du notre paysage. Les Vignes et les oliviers vous accompagnerons jusqu'à votre arrivée au gîte. Un cocon de 50 m² vous attend au coeur du Vaucluse. Vous apprécierez la terrasse ombragée et le calme qui règne au sein du gîte de l'Angèle. En saison, vous pourrez également profiter de notre piscine que nous partageons dans un respect mutuel.
