The place comfortably hosts 3 adults, or 2 adults & 2 children. It's also perfect for 2. Curonian Spit's natural beauty is bright & peaceful in the summer, and mystical in other seasons, all equally beautiful.

Our spacious, newly renovated, cozy and clean 108 sq. m. apartment is in the central part of the city, in the old historical building that is surrounded by valuable historical houses in German architecture style. The apartment is located about 15-20 min walk from the old town, bus and train stations, 5 min from the entertainment park and bicycle tracks, 10 min from the shopping center. Melnrage beach is about 20 min walk through the forest or 5 min drive.

Apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 living room with a kitchen. It is fully furnished, has a very fast Wi-fi, Smart television. Guests will allways find some coffee & tea. Private parking free of public parking charge. Apartment is located ina very suitable place it is city center, but very quite and easy to reach any place from it. The house is build by germans in year 1905. Various bus stops are close by, shops as well can be reached by 5 minute walk.

The apartment is located near the ferry, where the ferry to Smiltyne takes 15 minutes, from where you can reach the Lithuanian pearl Nida. Oldtown its about 2km walk. Hours of rest 23h-8h
