A self-contained annex for 2 adults in a village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Two village pubs 5 & 10 mintues walk. Continental breakfast included. The annex has an en-suite shower room, king size bed, double wardrobe and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

As guests you have your own entrance door and key to enable you to come and go as you please. It is a charming, safe and secure, quietly situated double room with modern en-suite. Ideal base for exploring Dorset coast and country

The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

Entire guest suite & garden in village with a pub!

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Pond outside your bedroom window.

Self-contained bedroom, a sitting room and shower room. Your suite of rooms is separate from the house with its own entrance. The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

Swanage Luxury one bedroom private studio

You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming studio in Swanage. The Studio is a detached space with an en-suite shower room. A breakfast bar, stools and armchairs. There is also an outside space to sit and relax. Parking on site. Studio is independently accessed own front door. We are an easy stroll downhill into the heart of Swanage. Keep in mind that the return walk is an incline . *Complimentary continental breakfast is delivered to your door 8.30am. Checkin 3pm checkout 10am.

Rural Farm Stay with Gym/Spa/Hot Tub/Sauna (Extra)

Coachmans is part of West House Cottage; at the back of the main house. The room is a bright airy room, accessed up a stairs with its own private en-suite shower room. The house is on the edge of Chilton Polden with beautiful views of the Mendips and the Levels. There is more accommodation contained within West House Cottage opposite and beneath. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking, animals - lots of places to visit. Not suitable for children.

Paddock View - Single story barn conversion

Over looking open countryside, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a well deserved break . Open plan living space with wood burner, Smart TV and patio doors leading to garden. Kitchen area: With electric cooker, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher . Bedroom: With super kingsize bed and en-suite with roll top bath, shower attachment, walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Separate toilet. All on the ground floor. Initial logs for wood burner included.
