One or two beds provide comfort in a non-smoking room at the Seldovia Boardwalk Hotel. Relax while you enjoy a pristine view of mountains, water and small boat harbor that surround the small fishing town of Seldovia. Under new ownership as of 2014, all our rooms have been remodeled with modern yet homelike comforts. We have several on first and second floor available. For availability please ask. Room amenities include single or double beds with queen and double beds, a full bath and hot shower with great water pressure, coffee maker, two double beds, satellite TV, full complement of towels/linens, Wi-Fi, and access to ice-maker, microwave and refrigerator space. Down to the last detail, including comfortable beds, immaculately cleaned rooms, fresh linens and amazing vistas, you will appreciate the care and hospitality you receive in this all-Alaskan family-owned and operated establishment. Common areas in the hotel include veranda and eatery overlooking the harbor and mountain vistas, with a coffee shop and grill/bar on-site. The rocky cliffs and lush seaside setting in Seldovia is complete with tidal pools teeming with salmon, and crystal clear lagoons streaked by the occasional kayaker. You are closer to the ultimate Alaskan vacation than any roadside destinations. From here, find your own epic fishing hole (along the shore or out deep - for salmon, halibut, rock fish, cod and more. Kayak cove to cove, walk the beaches, hike trails and bike the mountains. In town, you'll find a few local shops to get groceries, a handful of restaurants, an abundance of artists and native crafts, a few tour/fishing guide outfits and others that offer kayaking. Seldovia is a gem among small Alaskan fishing towns. While off the beaten path, it is less than an hour via ferry from Homer, and even quicker by plane. You can walk from one end to the other in about 30 minutes or rent a golf cart or bike and and realize it is a story-book setting that has something special to offer travelers.

Treehouse Too! - Cottonwood Cabins

This cabin is built adjacent to the Treehouse and up high for a great view of the field behind the property. The big picture windows make you feel like you are standing right out in the meadow. It has it's own bathroom and a comfy loft for sleeping, with a queen-sized and twin bed. The futon downstairs is a full, so the space sleeps two couples, or a family of five comfortably. There is a kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, and refrigerator. Electric heat, hot/cold running water. Wifi and satellite TV. The Upper deck, a commons area above the original Treehouse is complete with fireplace. Enjoy a view of the Homer Spit and the glaciers across the bay. Fire pit and barbecue are also available.

Cottage in a Greenhouse - Cottonwood Cabins

The Cottage is whimsically nestled in a greenhouse that is filled with fruit trees and flowers. It has a queen-sized bed and a fold-out twin couch, so it sleeps three comfortably, complete with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and hotplate. There is a short walk to a clean, full bathroom with hot/cold running water, shower and regular toilet, shared with one other cabin. There is an even shorter walk to a cute little outhouse for midnight runs! The Cottage is media-free, however the Upper Deck is available with fireplace until 11:00 at night, located at the top of the Treehouse.

Newer Pet friendly King Suite in Town by the Beach

The Captains Quarters is aground floor, room at the Historic Inn: This room features one King Bed with outside entrance and parking just steps away. This pet friendly room has a smart tv, free wireless internet access, Keurig coffee pot and bathroom with steam shower. There is no view from this room but the beach and the view are located just 50 yards away! You will also be within walking distance to dining like AJ's, Fate Olives, Two Sisters Bakery, shopping and the beach!

Full Kitchen King Bed Ocean View Studio 211

Our remodeled Studio with Ocean Views is a customer favorite! The open floor plan provides a private bathroom and quaint comforts of home such as flat screen TV and new furnishings. Ice Maker and Coin Laundry are available on premises as well as a full kitchen with Range and Dishwasher as well. The studio includes a high-end comfortable king bed and a full sized Murphy sleeper sofa as well. It is on the upper level with a private balcony so stairs are required for access.

Two Bedroom Suite @Boutique Hotel

Seafarer Suites is conveniently located with Ocean views in the picturesque Historical Art and Food District of Homer. Our Two Bedroom Suites best suit those wishing for comforts of home, families or small groups traveling together. The main bedroom offers both a luxurious king bed and bonus full sized bed. The second bedroom has another king sized bed for your comfort. All of our Suites have full kitchens with cooking items. ​ ​ ​

Adorable Treehouse - Cottonwood Cabins

Our cabin in the cottonwoods sleeps up to five people comfortably, a queen-size and twin bed up in the loft and a double futon in the living room. The curtains are black-out so you can sleep soundly in the Midnight Sun! A kitchenette with hot/cold running water, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Private bath including hot/cold running water and shower, just a few steps from the front door of the treehouse.
