If you don't have a car we have a shopping village around the corner and buses and trains at your doorstep. Why not catch the train to Sydney for the day, cruise along the Hawkesbury River or cycle or walk the 15km Fernleigh Track to Lake Macquarie.

Our studio is light filled, high ceilinged, spacious and tranquil overlooking a beautiful garden and comprises a living area, loft bedroom (accessible by ladder) and private use bathroom. The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.

The property is in a residential area there maybe unexpected noise from neighbours on rare occasions. This private accommodation has 1 queen bed and a double fold out sofa bed located in the lounge room. Full kitchen and bathroom and shared laundry access to a shared tropical backyard, and swimming.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.
