Great for a couples getaway or a quiet working space for a business person. Located on a large section that fronts the Esplanade. A 30 second walk down the driveway to Gooches Beach where you can look across the bay to the Kaikoura Mountains, take a dip, kayak or paddleboard. This property shares a driveway with the hosts that live in the property in front. A great walk along the new beachside pathway to the Pier Hotel and town. A cute cosy, comfortable classic cottage with everything you need.

Cabin is situated on our son’s land adjacent to main house, fully fenced cabin area private off-road parking. Working dogs on main house property area(friendly and love attention.)

Just a short walk in either direction along the new beach path takes you either to the Pier Hotel, or past Hiku Restaurant and Encounter Kaikoura Cafe if walking towards the town centre which is approx 15 minutes away.
