The Swallows sits on the outskirts of the Traditional hillside village of Megali Mantinea,overlooking the gulf of messinia ,20 minutes from the cosmopolitan centre of Kalamata. It is 4kms from sea,the village boasts several excellent tavernas.Set in a terraced Olive grove,the grounds have been lovingly developed to sit harmoniously with the surroundings,the site is eco friendly. We offer bed and breakfast with homemade jams,jellies and marmalades plus dietary alternatives if advised in advance.

Υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο κεντρικό κλιματιστικό στο σαλόνι που κρυώνει όλο το χώρο και όχι ένα σε κάθε δωμάτιο. Modern 100 square meter apartment at the first floor, very close to the beach, with three bedrooms living room and kitchen with all the domestic devices available. There is one air condtition at the leaving room that cools the whole house and not one at each room.

Bright apartment, on the second floor of the building, well located in a quiet street and few meters distance from the beautiful square of the Cenotaph of Leonidas. The balcony has nice view to a plot of land with ancient finds(mosaics). Lots of restaurants, cafeterias and a super market near(around the square) and very close to the central square of Sparta. Also very close to archeological sites, 5km to Mystras and generally beautiful surroundings to make your walks unforgettable!

Ηλιόλουστο διαμέρισμα φωτεινό, ευρύχωρο και καλαίσθητο μόλις δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της Σπάρτης! Το διαμέρισμα είναι 94 τ.μ. Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια και μεγάλες ντουλάπες. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν air condition και έχουν πρόσβαση σε ευρύχωρο γωνιακό μπαλκόνι. Το σαλόνι περιλαμβάνει έναν καναπέ γωνιακό πού γίνεται κρεβάτι και τραπεζαρία με έξι καρέκλες. Ολόκληρο το διαμέρισμα περικλείεται από άνετη γωνιακή βεράντα με θέα την πόλη της Σπάρτης!!
