Warm, peaceful entire Studio is surrounded by natural bird life and century old gum trees.Major roads surrounding are sealed .The Property has off the street parking down the drive way for discreet private getaway. Two queen beds plus pullout sofa if required.The well known board walk on Bancroft Bay can be a 1 minute stroll down a natural walk way from the studio . We are located across from the Vline bus stop for those traveling by train/ bus With our new bathroom and Kitchen, and simple, stylish furnishings you will have everything you need for a fantastic get away at Sunnyside

Gillys, 2 bedroom guesthouse

Gillys is a modern 2 bedroom stand alone guesthouse situated in a quiet street. The guesthouse sits on the sheltered and private side of the main residence and one acre site, overlooking large trees and gardens. Enjoy the peaceful aspect, gaze at the stars at night and listen to the distant waves crashing on the Ninety mile beach. Metung village is only a short 8 minute drive away for your closest supplies. There is a public nature track which leads to a lakeside beach and private jetty.

Please note the vehicular ferry is out for maintenance from Nov 10 til Dec 7. During this time we can collect you from the passenger ferry. Wide open spaces, fresh sea air and no crowds. Transport yourself to a 2- storey Hansel and Gretel style cottage in a forest by the water on an island where you can see koalas and wildlife up close in their natural environment. Only 4 hours from Melbourne. We are very sorry pets are not permitted here due to the sensitive nature of the wildlife.

Banool Cottage -dog friendly for guests with pets.

Banool Cottage is a small, dog friendly cottage situated in a quiet closed street . Dogs are welcome ! We love our own dogs so understand the need for guests to be able to have a fun time with theirs . The property is fully fenced , dog beds , bowls, and a kennel are supplied . This area of Metung is an elevated area partly treed with tall gums. A short walk down the hill is the boardwalk that skirts beautiful Bancroft Bay and leads you into Metung Village, (15-20 minutes).

Koala Kottage’s refurbished interior features a living area, dining area, exquisite large en suite bathroom with garden courtyard view and an ultra modern fully equipped kitchen . There is also an eating area and BBQ outside on the vine covered deck or make use of the seated fire pit area with a barbecue cooking plate . The Kottage features vaulted timber lined ceilings with sky light. Surrounded by a natural habitat of gum trees, koalas, kangaroos and colourful native birds.

The cottage is located in Marine Parade behind an art gallery, everything is in walking distance, with space to park your car and boats. (A mooring on the adjacent jetty is available for additional fee). Across the road from the property is the beautiful Gippsland lake, ready for you to put the boat in and explore.
