Less than 1/4 mile to access Blue Bear Trails & Kalkaska Co. ORV and hiking trails. Visit nearby Hartwick Pines. The Cub Hill Chalet - Private Lakefront with Spa!

This is a beautiful, family and dog-friendly chalet on wonderfully pristine Cub Lake between Kalkaska and Grayling. The home features a huge multi-level deck with lakeview and a new year-round spa / hot tub on the deck with a view of the lake. Also includes private lakefront with a dock, raft, bonfire ring with chairs, 4 kayaks, 3 paddleboards, a canoe, and a pedal boat! Works both as a great family or small group vacation home as well as a wonderfully romantic getaway for couples!

Come up north and enjoy the peaceful, laid back feel of country living.  Wake up early and go down to the dock, enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake. Traverse City is 20 minutes away where you have the national cherry festival, fine dining, casinos, and world class winery's with beautiful views of the bay. Orv trails abound, and in the winter, this year round cabin is in the heart of the snow belt with some of the best snowmobiling in the lower peninsula.

The Pickeral Palace is set on a quiet, peaceful lot on Pickeral Lake. This is a no-motor lake located next to all-sports Fife Lake. The cabin features an older section with a unique cedar-wood kitchen, a more modern living room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The living room and master bedroom have sliders to a large deck that has a commanding view of the lake. Modern, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities included. Quiet relaxation awaits.

NO Toilet inside. A private outhouse is available. 10 minutes to Torch Lake and 25 minutes to Bellaire and 30 minutes to Traverse City. Walking distance to 7 Bridges Natural area and a 3 minute drive to Rugg Pond.
