100 τμ σπίτι κ ΜΕΓΆΛΕΣ βεράντες Ιδανικό για 5 επισκέπτες . διαθέτει ενα aircontition στο σαλόνι και ενα στο μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο... στο παιδικό δωμάτιο δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός επειδή είναι βόρειο κ δεν το βλέπει ο ήλιος... είναι πολυ κοντά στην Παραλια, εχει απεριόριστη θεα στη θάλασσα και στο λιμανι. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, οι κήποι. το περιβόλι, δέντρα ( λεμονιές, κ.α) ,2τραπεζαριες... μεγάλο μπανιο, κουζινα. 2 ανετες κρεβατοκάμαρες. Αξεχαστες ήρεμες διακοπές.

Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. The house is located in the traditional settlement of Exambela facing the picturesque village of Kastro on the Eastern side of the island.. Relax and enjoy your privacy and solitude at the terraces. The beautiful pool with magic view is shared with Chalakia house 2. The parking is 100metres from the house. The car does not go all the way to the house, to get there you will need to follow a path of 30 meters.
