It’s easy to reach Arashiyama (10 min) and Nijo (17 min) from Umahori Station. The villa offers 5 parking spaces, ideal for families or groups. Nearby are the Romantic Train, Hozu River boat, shopping mall, and restaurants. The house has 2 beds (incl. sofa bed) and a baby cot.

You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

A family of 4 can stay comfortably. There is a whiteboard for planning in the biggest room. There are neighbors and an English language school for kids below this house so between 2pm-7:30pm you will definitely children practicing English as a second language. This is NOT a party house. Our house is traditional Japanese style house. 150 years old and in a very quiet location. We are renting house. Not shared with other guests. There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast. There are air conditioners in bedroom and livingroom.
