This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Płyniewoda to minimalistyczna architektura, naturalne materiały, idealnie zaprojektowana przestrzeń. Opracowując ją skupiliśmy się, aby spełniała oczekiwania najbardziej wymagających Gości. Tworzona z pasją i miłością przez nas samych niemal na każdym etapie realizacji. Zależało nam, aby wnętrza były funkcjonalne i wyjątkowe. Villa Bella is a luxurious house designed for people who like to travel in groups and value privacy. The villa is just 1.9 km from the beach.
