Amazing sea view brand new villa with big heated pool, BBQ area, direct sea access - its suitable up to 10 persons with 18000 square meters wood around and no any direct neighbours, 350 m from sea, near Gozinka beach, Suha Punta . Villa is fully equipped, divided in 2 parts in total with 4 double bedrooms & all en suit bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, wifi, air con, parking places & floor heating. Suha Punta is one of the nicest areas on Rab, with plenty of beautiful bays.

The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

It is very unique by its configuration through 2 floors & 2 terraces and can accomodate families & friends of up to 4 persons. Wish you relaxing and memorable stay!

Naša obiteljska kuća nalazi se na samoj pješčanoj plaži, pogled soba, apartmana i restorana je čaroban, predivan pogled na more, barke i uvale. Sobe nude privatan balkon, klimu, mini bar, tv, besplatni bežični internet. U našem obiteljskom restoranu nudimo domaća jela, svježe ulovljenu ribu koju lovimo svakoga dana obiteljskim ribarskim brodom. Apartman je s predivnim pogledom na more, privatnim balkonom. Wunderbar hell und sonnig bietet es ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Mit zwei Doppelbettzimmern, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche mit Balkon.

Our house is adapted village house located in a quiet and attractive place Dražica (10 km away from Novalja in the direction of Lun). In this area you can find peaceful vacation. , 100 m away from the sandy coves, surrounded by olive trees and greenery Our house has 2 apartments ( both of them are for 4 person).
