Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. Villa Stone house, that is located in Novalja (island of Pag) is one of the places that will be the best getaway for You, Your family and Your friends. It will feel like paradise because of the atmosphere, sunsets and many other things that will provide You. Location is away from the city and it's crowd so You will be able to enjoy every second peacefully. U našem obiteljskom restoranu nudimo domaća jela, svježe ulovljenu ribu koju lovimo svakoga dana obiteljskim ribarskim brodom. Apartman je s predivnim pogledom na more, privatnim balkonom. U našem obiteljskom domu osjećati ćete se toplo i ugodno!

Apartment is situated in stone house in the heart of the Vrbnik old town. The house is newly renovated in modern style with a touch of interested details. Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Renovated with modern comfort while keeping its 1953 charm, it offers 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. The highlight is a large seaside garden with stunning island views, outdoor dining, grill, loungers, kayak and SUP. A perfect blend of peace, comfort and Mediterranean spirit.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
