Villa offers you everything you need for an ideal vacation, even the fully equipped outdoor kitchen which allows you to stay outside all the day, and alluring pool and jacuzzi for your complete pleasure and relaxation.

Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

Villa ZAZ is situated in a quiet location, in central Istria. The situation of the home is idyllic, and is perfect for a complete relaxing holiday, or just to unwind at the end of a long day enjoying many of the great attractions of Istria. Villa is within 25-30 minutes drive of the most popular tourist attractions(Poreč, Pula, Rovinj). Nearest airiport is in Pula, about 40 km away by highway. Villa is fully equipped for 7 people and is extremely comfortable and luxurious.

Honey house Jural

Honey House is located in the small original village of Jural near Kanfanar above the beautiful Lim Fjord. Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

Villa Kameneo -Stonehouse with garden & pool

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.
