Arus beach home is offering you a unique beach experience at one of the most stunning and secluded beaches Kerala has to offer. The place is a renovated local house that combines a very modern European look with traditional Indian giving you insight into Kerala traditions and customs. The house has been changed to match your needs giving you a fulfilling peaceful and pampering beach holiday. We are a Indian German mixed couple who came to live here to make our dream project come true.

Valiyaparamba is a small island in the Kavvayi Lake, blessed with lush green flora and picture-perfect sparkling blue backwaters. Valiyaparamba white sand beach is just 200 meters away from our property. We have 4 bedrooms (Rooms designed for ideally 2 adults. Upto 15 people can stay at our place. Pets strictly not allowed.
