Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Enjoy the view of the Arena while sipping a glass of champagne on the balcony or from the windows watching the concerts, operas and other events inside the Arena. The apartment has been under some renvations in 2026. regarding the kitchen, TV stand and some decorations and it has a small round dining table indoors now so there is a mix of old and new pictures. It is a small studio apartment of 25 m2 or 270 ft2 and a terrace of 5m2 (50 ft2). The apartment in on the first floor of our family home. The house itself is elevated from the street so you have 20 steps to get to the apartment and can see our beautiful Adriatic sea.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk.
