A really fabulous location Short stroll to local cafés and shops, restaurants and bars. Cycle tracks, with walks both north the and south along the beach. Wildlife lagoon and rivers where whitebait is caught in season. Golf course tennis, courts and boat club all close by

Fully equipped with four spacious bedrooms on a quarter acre section, there's plenty of room to spread out and relax. A house for all seasons, enjoy leisurely beach walks, sun, surf and sand in the Summer, or cosy up by the fire in Winter and take in the snow on the beautiful Tararuas.

Relax and enjoy your Otaki Beach holiday at Beachfront Breeze. Spend your days beachside, exploring the Kapiti Coast or taking in the superb ocean views and sunsets from the large deck . The property is fully fenced and has a sunny sheltered backyard. The living area opens directly out onto the deck. Linen is provided as well as the basic toiletries you may need for your stay. The bach has not been fully modernised but is clean and tidy and has all of the things you need for a relaxing stay.

Walk out the door onto the beach - dog friendly

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay right on the beach front. You will hear the waves lapping while enjoying the panoramic views including Kapiti Island and amazing nightly sunsets. This spot is perfect for beach walks and swimming. Complete kitchen. Kids kayaks and a paddle board available for guest use. This is our own family beach house that we are opening up to guests so it naturally comes with the lived in feel and some personal items - not a sterile investment

Sunset cottage Paekakariki - sand, sea and sunsets

This one-bedroom seaside cottage is directly across the road from Paekakariki Beach and is the perfect location for those who enjoy beach walks, swims and surfing. The Escarpment track (Te Araroa trail), Whareroa Farm, surf club, and village cafes are all close by. The cottage's west-facing aspect provides great sun and incredible sunsets. The cottage is fully self-contained and has dedicated off-street parking. The owner's residence is on the same site, but both are separate and private.

A characterful, private beach cottage overlooking Waimanu lagoon with views to the Tarurua Ranges inland. A short walk will take you to Waikanae's long sandy beach, the river estuary, cycle tracks and river walks. Accommodation includes a twin room downstairs next to the bathroom, queen bedroom on the mezzanine and another living space with a futon sofa bed. Outside seating areas front and back. Wake up to see ducks and swans on the water - a truly relaxing and secluded place to unwind.
