Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Du suchst einen aussergewöhnlich schönen Platz, an dem du deine Seele baumeln lassen kannst und der "wilden Welt" entfliehen kannst? Dann bist du hier goldrichtig. Unser "Tullebo", ein exklusives und kleines, liebevoll eingerichtetes Öko-Holzhäuschen, es liegt nur ca. 90m von Strand und Wald entfernt.

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Lejligheden byder på stor stue og køkken alrum, 2 indbydende soveværelser med dobbeltseng og enkelsenge, et stilfuldt køkken og et smagfuldt badeværelse med et skønt badekar, dejlig entre med plads til jakker og fodtøj Lejligheden ligger på 1.sal med havudsigt fra køkken, stue og spisestue og en dejlig altan med havemøbler og havudsigt

Idyllic house by the sea

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ‚Strandperle‘ mit Meerblick in Stein bietet ein Wohlfühlambiente auf 75qm direkt am Strand. Die lichtdurchflutete Wohnung über zwei Ebenen liegt im 1. OG, verfügt über eine hochwertige Ausstattung und ist ruhig gelegen. Die großen Fensterfronten und Gauben, die einen direkten Blick auf die Ostsee ermöglichen, machen die Wohnung einzigartig. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist sie ideal geeignet für 1 bis 5 Personen.

ENJOY SIMPLE LIVING BY THE SEA: (Please note: The rent is cheap and no cleaning fee is charged, so please clean on your departure and bring your own linens, sheets and towels). 22 m2 + Covered panoramic terrace. Views of Ses, Sydals and to Ærø and Germany. Living room with double sofa bed (200*125cm) Alcove with double bed (200*135cm.) Garden with lawn, sea view and garden table. Backyard with lawn. The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking. Both if you are here for a longer stay or if you rest as a short stop on your way futher on along the Trail / at sea / on the road, we can recommend:

Strandlyst ferielejlighed med helt unik havudsigt

At bo i vores 75 kvadratmeter store ferielejlighed giver vores gæster en helt særlig fornemmelse af ferie. Når man åbner døre og vinduer, strømmer lydene ind fra skovens, havens og havets fugle. En duft af frisk havluft møder ens næsebor. Også lyset oplever vores gæster, som noget helt særligt. Specielt når aftensolen sender sine stråler ned på de omkringliggende øer, må man knibe sig i armen for at sikre sig, at man ikke drømmer.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

Das dreistöckige Strandhaus hat seinen Namen mehr als verdient, da es wirklich direkt am Strand/ Meer liegt. Eine einzigartige Lage im Ostseeresort Olpenitz. Hinzu kommt eine große Dachterrasse mit Wasserblick. Die Whirlpool-Badewanne und die Sauna (mit Ostsee/Strandblick) sind ideal zum Entspannen. Der Kaminofen im Loungezimmer und die Fußbodenheizung sorgen an kalten Tagen für wohlige Wärme und Gemütlichkeit.
