This traditional Ottoman house, said to be around 200 years old is situated in the northern most part of the old Turkish quarter of Kyrenia. It is within a 5 minute walk to the very heart of Kyrenia, where there are numerous bars, restaurants and places of historic interest, including the Old Harbour, the Round Tower and the famous Kyrenia Castle; ideal for those without a car. Free on street parking is available.

With views of the surrounding forested mountains the only sounds you will hear is of birds singing. Although Kaliana has no restaurants, it lays just 2km from the villages of Galata and Kakopetria. Both are much larger villages bustling with visitors . There you can find a choice of excellent restaurants and shops.
