This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

Adults-Only Private Getaway. In the countryside of Te Miro, in the heart of New Zealand's central North Island just 15 mins from Cambridge, featuring breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets. Our two-bedroom suite includes a lounge and dining area, luxurious bathroom, and private hot tub/jacuzzi. With its own private entrance, the suite is connected to one end of the owner’s residence yet remains completely secluded for your comfort and privacy. Not suitable for children under 13 yrs.

The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Our Bed & Breakfast is a stone's throw from Lake Karapiro's water sports and rowing, with a 5 minute drive to nearby Cambridge town. A fully private 1 bedroom Annexe, while connected to the main house is fully independent so you can be assured of your privacy. Sofa bed for greater than 2 guests, if used for 2 guests an additional cost of $15 per night to cover laundering. Continental breakfast items provided to make breakfast when you are ready, whether this be early or later.
