This quirky little studio is surrounded by 3 acres. It is a small space offering private entry, undercover parking and outdoor cooking area. There are dogs, ponies, goat, sheep, chickens, rooster, ducks and often koalas on the property. Under 10 mins walk to the pub and all that the vibrant village of Meeniyan has to offer and 5 mins walk to the rail trail. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
