Enjoy your own special piece of paradise right in Raglan with waterfront living and spectacular views that change as often as the tide. Warm yourselves in front of the fireplace and snuggle up in the big comfy beds. Only a short stroll to shops, or simply stay home with a nice wine soaking up the beautiful evening sunset. Panorama House

Panoramic veiws of Raglan West , the Harbour , the bar and the mountain. Beautifully presented, large family home . The property is ideal for couples as the whole upstairs will be yours with the beautiful views. It is also perfect for families and larger groups . Not suitable for parties. The property is on a quiet street but right next to a cafe with amazing coffee, pizza , gelato and Italian food. The location is fantastic as you are so close to the surf , beaches and the Harbour .

This 2-bedoom waterside, bach-like Cottage is nestled along the water’s edge at the bottom of Raglan’s main street, with the shops, cafes only 50 meters from your doorstep. Upstairs you'll find bedroom with queen bed, ensuite & private deck with views to the water. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining & living area with French doors opening out to your own courtyard. The second bedroom is found downstairs, with an accessible bathroom/ensuite.

Reconnect with nature at this brand new property. Whilst only 10 minutes from the city you are able to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Relax in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing whilst listening to the birds sing. We have 2 kune kune pigs (Cookie & Freckles) and a dwarf calf called Penny who are all extremely friendly and love a good cuddle and scratch. Outside games are available on request to enjoy in your private backyard.

Nestled into the hillside amongst nature this newly built beach house offers the best of both worlds. It is close to the fun and summer hustle of our edgy beach town ( three min drive from The Beach House ) yet secluded and far enough away for a relaxed getaway. The Beach House is set high with 180 views looking across the township and out to the ocean and inner harbours.

Modern 2 Bedroom retreat

Modern coastal retreat, 15mins walk to town and beaches. A short 10 walk to a family swimming beach or 5-10 drive to all of Raglans surf spots. Pet friendly although please be aware the section is not fenced. Sorry cat lovers, Stuie the cat is now living elsewhere so you won’t be seeing her around. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

We offer a peaceful self-contained space with private bathroom and outdoor deck and free off road parking. A short walk to Raglan town centre to visit the cafes and shops. It is also a 2 minute walk to harbour for a swim depending on if the tide is in.
