Very spacious rooms and relaxing atmosphere just about 900 meters from Kata Beach (if one could fly but walking 15 minutes or get a scooter down to Beaches in 5 minutes). Uniquely quiet with nothing but jungle sounds and birds yet within 30 seconds walk you'll be on the road full with cafes, restaurants, minimarts and all you desire leading down to Kata Beach-front. Very safe and secluded with plenty space and clean saltwater pool !

Elle sera restituée au moment du départ après inspection de la propriété et déduction de l'électricité utilisée. Les frais d'électricité sont payables selon la consommation effective. Une photo du compteur est prise lors de l'arrivée des clients et une autre photo lors du départ. Le kilowatt est facturé 7 bahts l'unité.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A townhouse at the end of a quiet street, but near great restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. Master bedroom has a king bed and an extra single bed. Two other bedrooms have queen beds, and there is a pullout couch, so can accommodate 8 guests for a very reasonable price. The townhouse has just finished an extensive renovation in April 2024, as well as all new furniture and beds.
