Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:)

You will be occupying the entire top floor, take the stairs or the lift that opens into the 80 square metre apartment. Two minutes walk to Courtenay Place, Te Papa, Tākina Conference Centre and the waterfront, it's perfectly placed for exploring Wellington on foot. After dark the entertainment quarter and some of Wellingtons best restaurants are at your doorstep.

It's a walk up to a special view of Wellington

Nestled against the bush just above our home, our studio offers an amazing view of Wellington Harbour. Reaching it requires a brief uphill walk, but for those who enjoy the outdoors and don’t shy away from a little exercise, the reward is well worth it. The breathtaking views and cosy accommodation make the effort part of the experience. That said, if you prefer level access or are travelling with particularly heavy luggage, our studio may not be the best fit.

Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Sky Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Nestled within Marsden Village at the city end of Karori, this townhouse has everything you would like for a treat weekend away or holiday stay in Wellington city. Guests are very welcome to make themselves at home. The CBD is approximately 10 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive with a very convenient timetable. Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
