Small (75sqm) unit in very quiet neighbourhood available. Close to Ngaio train station, this cosy home is only 10 minutes into the central train station and Wellington Regional Stadium. We understand the new GST policy was implemented since April 2024 for all New Zealand Airbnb. This means our guests will have to pay 15% GST on top of the costs. You've got a dedicated off road car park and you're 30 metres from a bus that runs at least every 30 minutes every day. You can cook, do laundry, and iron if you want to.

Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
