Σας καλωσορίζουμε στη νεόκτιστη οικία μας όπου νοικιάζουμε ξεχωριστό lux ημι υπόγειο διαμέρισμα 60τ.μ. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, διαθέτει κήπο, πισίνα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο. Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. Με αμάξι η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι 17' και 5' από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας. Η περιοχή της Αρτέμιδας είναι δημοφιλής τόπος για water sports (SUP, Windsurfing, kitesurfing).

House Amalía with its three apartments (GardenApt, Beletage, Penthouse) is centrally located in a quiet side street, close to the historic Amalía Square. The Beletage terrace offers views of the garden and a tad of the sea. Grocery stores are just around the corner. As are cafes, port restaurants, shops and the pier for a stroll. Several beaches, including our personal favourite ‚Kochili Beach‘, are within walking distance. House Amalia can also be booked as a whole for up to eleven guest.

Καλως ήρθατε στην Κάρυστο!Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μεσα στο κέντρο της πόλης ,60τ.μ.Ο άνετος και φωτεινός χώρος μας βρίσκεται μολις λιγα βήματα απο τον παραλιακό δρόμο.Εχει κοντά φούρνο,περίπτερο,κρεοπωλείο,ζαχαροπλαστείο,δημόσιες υπηρεσίες,στάση λεωφορείου,καφέ και σούπερ μάρκετ!Μπορεις να απολαύσεις μεσα σε δυο λεπτά με τα πόδια μια απο τις πολλές όμορφες παραλίες μας!Εύκολο πάρκινγκ απο κάτω απο το διαμέρισμα και μετακίνηση με τα πόδια για να γευτείς ολες τις ομορφιές της πόλης!
