Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Fyledalen-Nature Reserve and Bird Watcher Paradise

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Tar du dig söderut så får du uppleva det genuina Brantevik som övergår i det vackra "Grönet" som bjuder både på härliga bad vid klipphällar eller lugna, rofyllda promenader längs havet. Tar du dig norrut väntar en härlig gång- och cykelväg till det pittoreska Simrishamn.

Mysig stuga med insynsskyddad trädgård i underbara Nybrostrand utanför Ystad. Stugan är på 69 kvm och med 2 sovrum och ett större vardagsrum med kamin. Stort och rymligt kök samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin. En promenad på 5 minuter tar dig till stranden där du njuter av fantastisk vy mot Hammars backar och Ystad. I området finns även tillgång till affär, pizzeria, utebad, Ystad golfklubb mm. 150 meter till busshållplats mot Ystad eller Simrishamn.

Charmigt hus i Kåseberga

Fantastiskt boende i hjärtat av Kåseberga. Detta huset är ursprungligen den gamla brandstationen som tidigare fanns i byn, men har sedan varsamt renoverats och behållit sin charm med de råa stenväggarna, takbjälkar och vackra stengolv. En kort promenad tar dig ner till det charmiga gamla fiskeläget i hamnen. Här finns rökeri, restauranger, butiker, café och glasskiosk. Garden with barbecue. 3 km to supermarket, pharmacy, health center etc. To Malmö and Copenhagen just over an hour's journey. 6 km to white miles of beaches. Art, culture and foodexperiences beyond the ordinary around the corner.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
