Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Spacious, luxurious and not rustic by any means. Your cabin has all the amenities of a five-star hotel minus the neighbors/noise. Very close to the Kenai River, Soldotna, Centennial Park. Bella Haven is close to hiking trails, quiet reading spots, a fire pit and grills. You will be totally at home here.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
