One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Moose Cabin - Right on the Kenai River!

Moose Cabin is the largest of three cabins at River Rock Lodge. It has a fully equipped kitchen. A BBQ grill is on the porch. Sit and relax on the porch or around the fire pit and watch the river go by. There are 3 different docks to fish off of. Docks could be removed for the winter as early as September 15. This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.

One room cabin is close to town and shopping but located directly between the Kenai and Kasilof rivers and 30 minutes from Deep Creek Halibut fishing. This private cabin sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a small, dog friendly neighborhood with Alaska's wilderness at it's back. No smoking. Pets welcome. RV parking upon request
