This apartment is at the east side of a house. It has kitchen combined with living room, 1 bedroom with doublebed, bathroom, balcony and 1 foldable sofa which you can transform in comfy bed. Beach is 3 minutes walk form the apartment. Bus station is located below the house. Apartment is close to the airport, Split and Trogir.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Hi. Here is few information about my new built home, location, neighbourhood.. All what can you see at photos is also in real. So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)
