Quiet, peaceful, private, with unbelievable views of the stars, city lights, mountain landscapes. One-of-a-kind desert getaway. Lots of easy and safe boat or toy hauler parking, ez access to trails.

Stunning views of Mountains, River, and Laughlin casinos. King bed! Spacious bathroom, large shower. Kitchenette has full fridge, cooking appliances. Ample parking for toys. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

The Desert Owl offers a relaxing place to unwind and enjoy nature around you. There is enough space to accommodate a large family, group of friends, contractors and work crews. There is room for trucks, trailers, UTV and SxS, just 3 miles off of US 93. In the midst of Grand Canyon West Skywalk, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas, Laughlin, and Historic Route 66, Kingman AZ. There are hiking and 4x4 adventures. You may even get a glimpse of a pair of owls quenching their thirst at the end of a hot day.

Small interactive farm guesthouse off historic Route 66, a short 15 minute drive from Kingman to the desert countryside. Enjoy the beautiful desert sunrise over the Hualapai mountains from your bedroom. Relax on the porch while watching the sun set over the Black Mountains. Listen to the coyotes in the background while you stargaze on the porch. Enjoy meeting the friendly horses, goats, barn cats, sheep, pigs, chickens, turkeys, and livestock guardian dogs. our guest house is close to casinos,rivers,lake with a wild west ghost town on the property we are 2 minutes from mountain desert trails,we are up in the mountain area of bullhead city,very quiet neighbor hood and safe and scenic at C&M RANCH,bring your boat,rv or desert toys, we have great trail riding,great lakes and rivers and gambling,dining and more,we have no stove but we have a large electric frying pan,double burner hot plate ,microwave,and a large propane BBQ in backyard

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.

Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!
