Sunset 1 apartment is located 15 minutes walking from old town, 100m from seaside, in quite neighborhood. In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. We have a big garden, where you can enjoy in quite atmosphere and summer breeze.Place is good for couples,solo adventurers,business travelers,and families

Sunny apartment with perfect view near beach

The apartment is in a building on a seaside. Just the road divide building from the sea, so it is half of the minute walking to the first sandy beach. The building is new, modern architecture, parking secured with gate with remote control. Completely furnished apartment, dishwasher, laundry, everything necessary for long or short stay. All the furniture is high quality, also linen and towels. Come and enjoy in moonlight on a calm sea, viewing it from the terrace of your apartment.

The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped, located on the second floor and you will have no doubt the best view in the house.

Relax in the best beachside apartment on the top floor. You'll see beautiful views of the sea and Porto Montenegro. The beach is very close, only 30 meters away. Inside, you'll find a kitchen with everything you need to make meals easily. There's also free parking, and you can walk just 100 meters to find different restaurants. The lively center of Tivat is just a 10-minute walk away, so you can easily go explore.

Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee bar in walking distance. Guest love it because of excellent location near beach. Families with kids or couples are more then welcome !
