Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The apartment is positioned in Dobrota, at a distance of about 100 meters from the sea line, forty minutes walk from the old town of Kotor along the coast, or just a few minutes by car.
