Cottages on The Prairie, the Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is one of 4 cottages that are newly constructed in Pawhuska. Living room with vaulted ceiling, full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Coffee bar with various coffees and teas, sweeteners and creamers. There is a large dining table with plenty of room for eating or playing games. Special touches with exquisite woodwork and decorated with charm. Outside is a large pavilion with tables and plenty of seating. These cottages are one street over from the Mercantile.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

The Franklin House-Relax Unwind Explore 3 Beds

Lots of amenities for travelers who want to relax and unwind after a day of work or play. Perfect for business guests who need Wi-Fi and work desk. Four-legged friends are also welcome! Features two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and one with 2 twin beds), a couch that can comfortably sleep 1, and one bathroom to accommodate up to 5 guests. James and Victoria’s Modern Cheerful Home!

An adorable green house with a nice modern interior! Sleep well on 2 nice queen beds with brand new, top of the line mattress! Sit back and relax with a 65” TV or enjoy cooking a meal with a well stocked kitchen. This house is located on Grand Ave just a few blocks away from beautiful downtown Ponca. It’s also very close to the P66 refinery. If you need a baby crib set up just let me know and I will have one for you!

The Cabin on The Coy T Ranch

Built in 1900, the cabin made of native sandstone sits atop one of the rolling Osage hills. It's fully renovated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, soaker tub, & views out every window! The cabin faces west and the most beautiful sunsets are the evening's entertainment. Guests will enjoy the privacy of being surrounded by ranch land as far as they can see, yet still partake of the town life just 5 miles away.

Haven on the Hill ~ in beautiful Pawhuska!

The Haven on the Hill is a quiet space in a wonderful neighborhood very near downtown Pawhuska and the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. It is wheelchair accessible with wide doors and a walk-in shower with a bench. It is rustic on the inside through a complete remodel. With 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms it can allow 6 or more people plenty of room to be comfortable. Come stay with us!

Livin on lake time

Relax and unwind while livin on lake time! Just down the road is a boating dock and access to Kaw lake. Enjoy cooking a delicious breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, a nice soak in the jacuzzi tub, a game of cornhole, or just a sit on the large covered porch.. grab a pole and test your luck at Kaw lake right down the road. We hope you leave feeling refreshed after your stay!
